Do I need to contact you when you make a reservation?
When you complete your reservation you will receive a link to your voucher, which you can download at any time. Do not forget to enter the flight number and number of your luggage , please make sure that all the details you have entered are correct. In case of errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I pay cash or with card on arrival?
You can pay the value of the transfer in cash, debit or credit card in our office, which is located in the hall of Terminal Arrivals, just off to the right.
In what currency can I pay?
We prefer in Bulgarian lev. If you have not exchanged you can pay in euros or pounds sterling at the exchange rate.
How do I find my transport?
After confirming your reservation you will receive by mail photos of the office, which is located just before the exit on the right, next to Ginger Cafe. We and your driver will be waiting for you there. In case you can not find us, please call the numbers listed on the main page of the site.
What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
You must contact us immediately if you delay or cancellation. We will defer our vehicles when your flight arrives. We do not charge for flight delays, if you inform us in time.
I decided to book a holiday at the last minute and need transportation?
Do not worry! We can deal with that, even if you book three hours before his arrival in Bulgaria.
Policy conduct / drunk client / abusive language?
We have the right to refuse drunken customers with inappropriate behavior or abusive language.

Our vehicles include smoking, our driver can make a cigarette break.
